Block & Wall Liquid Rubber is a waterproofing sealant for below grade walls and interior applications. It is impervious to water when applied in a uniform and seamless fashion with adequate millage. Nontoxic, low odor, radon blocker, VOC (volatile organic compound) free. It is heavy-duty, yet easily applied by brush, roller, or sprayer. This product is formulated to resist fungus, mold, and mildew. The subterranean applications system will withstand up to 100 psi (pounds per square inch) water pressure. Potable water compliant. Cleans up easily with water. Shake or stir prior to use. Coverage: 1 gal (gallon) per 100 sq ft (square foot) per coat.
